I work in QuickBooks Online because it is the industry leader in accounting software, and because it is robust enough to handle 100% of the accounting needs of virtually all small businesses. It also integrates with a multitude of apps (e.g., time tracking, expense reporting, online bill pay, etc.) that provide for a more efficient accounting system, which increases accuracy and saves a tremendous amount of time and money.

What does working together look like?
- Before we begin anything, I'll conduct an initial review of your books and determine if anything needs to be cleaned up before we get started. Cleanups are quoted and billed separately from monthly bookkeeping.
- Once we agree on terms and I've received a signed engagement letter and initial payment, I will provide a list of documents and accesses needed to begin the engagement.
- With all required documents in hand, I begin your cleanup, setup, or monthly bookkeeping. During the 2-3 month onboarding period, I'll have more questions as I get to know your business and processes.
- Around month 3, we typically hit maintenance mode. I'll have fewer questions for you and will have a deeper understanding of your business and its needs. You will receive financial reports by the 15th of each month on an ongoing basis.
